Automatic Data Capture

Measured values flow directly from gauges, sensors or digital checklists into the system, without paper, without transcription. Visual inspections via tablet. Every value with timestamp, inspector ID, batch and part number.

Gauge integration (Mitutoyo, Zeiss, Keyence) via RS232/USB/OPC-UA. Tablet checklists for visual inspections. Barcode/QR scan for batches. Offline-capable.
