Lunatec Achieves Highest UiPath Partner Status: Diamond Reseller and Diamond Service Partner

From March 2026, Lunatec is one of only two regional Diamond Service Partners across the entire DACH region.

There are milestones you set out to achieve — and milestones you earn. Reaching Diamond Partner status with UiPath is definitely the latter.
From March 2026, Lunatec is officially a Diamond Reseller and Diamond Service Partner in the UiPath Partner Network. This means we have reached the highest partner tier that UiPath awards — in both pathways simultaneously. Across the entire DACH region, only two regional service integrators (RSIs) have achieved this status. We are one of them.
What Diamond Status means at UiPath
UiPath, the market leader in enterprise automation and listed on the NYSE, ranks its partners across four levels: Authorised, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. These levels apply separately across two pathways: Reseller (selling UiPath licences) and Service Partner (implementation, consulting and managed services).
Diamond is the top of the pyramid. UiPath defines a Diamond Partner as a partner in the top percentile, possessing a highly developed automation practice, outstanding sales performance, deep technical expertise and proven excellence in the end-to-end delivery of UiPath solutions.
In practical terms, this means: a large number of certified developers, solution architects and business analysts; documented, successful customer projects; an internal training and quality programme; regular business reviews with UiPath; and above all, satisfied customers who confirm it.
Until now, Lunatec held Platinum Reseller and Gold Service Partner status. The leap to Diamond in both pathways simultaneously reflects our development over recent years: more customers, more complex projects, and deeper integration of AI and Agentic Automation into our delivery.
Why the Service pathway is the decisive one
Within the UiPath ecosystem, there is a clear hierarchy: selling licences is something you can learn. Delivering complex automation projects end-to-end — from process analysis through implementation to managed services — is a different category entirely.
The Diamond Service Partner status is therefore the more demanding of the two pathways. It requires demonstrable delivery excellence across many customer projects, certified personnel across the entire UiPath platform, and a proven ability to deliver in practice on topics such as Document Understanding, Process Mining, Test Automation and — as of this year — Agentic Automation.
The fact that only one other regional partner in the DACH region — the largest European market for enterprise automation — has achieved Diamond Service status underlines just how high the bar is set.
What this means for our customers
Diamond status is not a title for the business card. It has concrete implications for the quality and speed with which we deliver projects:
Direct access to UiPath. Diamond Partners receive prioritised support, early access to new product features and direct escalation channels. When a platform issue arises on a customer project, we resolve it faster.
Deepest expertise in the region. The certification requirements for Diamond ensure that our team operates at the highest level across the entire UiPath platform: RPA, Document Understanding, Process Mining, Test Suite, AI Centre and Agentic Automation.
Validated results. Diamond status is not applied for — it is earned. UiPath reviews customer satisfaction, project documentation and delivery quality. Every customer we work with is part of that assessment.
From Platinum to Diamond — and what comes next
The journey from Platinum Reseller / Gold Service Partner to Diamond / Diamond was not a leap, but a consistent progression. More certified experts, more completed projects, more industries, more complexity. And above all: the systematic development of Agentic Automation as the next evolutionary stage of our delivery.
Because Diamond status is not a destination. It is confirmation that our approach works: end-to-end responsibility for automation projects. AI agents that decide. RPA bots that execute. And a team that brings both into production.
Until then, we will continue doing what brought us here: delivering automation that works.
